Microsoft is seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are resilient, adaptable, and possess strong leadership and creativity skills. Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
