Job Description
As a Client Success Representative at Amazon, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services. You will build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver solutions that drive success.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
– Understand client objectives and provide strategic recommendations.
– Resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
– Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their services.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
– Track and document client communications and activities.
Requirements
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– High attention to detail.
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Educational Qualifications
– Bachelor? degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
– 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles preferred.
