Consumer Testing Analyst

Job Description
As a Consumer Testing Analyst at Amazon Inc., you will play a critical role in enhancing our product offerings by leveraging consumer feedback and testing methodologies. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct consumer tests and analyze data to derive actionable insights that inform product development and marketing strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, marketers, and engineers, to ensure that our products meet consumer expectations and industry standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing consumer testing protocols, analyzing results, and presenting findings to stakeholders. You will work on various projects, from evaluating new product concepts to assessing modifications of existing products. Your analytical skills will help identify trends and patterns in consumer behavior, enabling us to make data-driven decisions that enhance our customer experience.
As part of your daily tasks, you will be responsible for recruiting participants for testing sessions, developing surveys and questionnaires, and conducting interviews to gather qualitative feedback. You will also assess competitor products and analyze market trends to provide a comprehensive overview of the product landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information in an understandable manner.

Requirements
– Bachelor? degree in Marketing, Psychology, Business, or a related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer testing, market research, or a related role
– Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, or similar)
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
– Familiarity with consumer behavior analysis and testing methodologies
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
– Design and execute consumer testing protocols to gather actionable insights
– Analyze data from consumer tests and present findings to stakeholders

Educational Qualifications
