Controller - REMOTE

Our client, a prestigious non-profit, skilled nursing home and health care facility is in need of a top-gun Controller on a contract basis for a 3-4 month engagement. This position will report directly to the CFO and have board interaction, very high visibility. 100% Remote! This consultant will have an indepth understanding of managing day to day accounting, budgeting and producing financial... statements and assist with an upgrade of Workday.

$60-70/hour + 1.5 OT

Controller

Focus:
? Supervision of accounting team of 6 individuals, train and mentor
? Oversight of accounting, payroll, reporting, auditing and compliance
? Evaluation of Workday financial system with implemention of process improvement
? Financial statement preparation and presentation
? Budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning with the CFO
? Grant management and oversight

Required
? 10 years of relevant experience
? Bachelors Degree
? WORKDAY experience required
? non-profit and/or healthcare experience a plus
