What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, vendors, and the culinary team to fulfill and manage orders
? Manage calendars and schedule appointments for the culinary team efficiently
? Prepare and maintain various documents, including reports, memos, and invoices
? Assist with budgeting and expense tracking to ensure financial efficiency
? Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with planning culinary events

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Strong organizational and time management skills
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
? Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? One (1) year experience with accounting practices
? Basic understanding of culinary operations
? Previous experience in an administrative role
