Requirements

– Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

– Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

– Provide information about products, services, and policies

– Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately

– Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

– Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
