3. Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

4. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support, escalating complex issues as necessary.

5. Stay informed about new products, services, and promotional offers to provide accurate information to the customers.

6. Work closely with the team to maintain a consistent brand voice and customer service protocol.

7. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with the latest industry trends and customer service techniques. ? *Requirements:**

1. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service is a plus.

2. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

3. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.

4. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

7. Flexibility to work in shifts, as needed.
