About the Customer Onboarding Representative:

MarketStar is looking for a Customer Onboarding Representative for an exciting new project . I n this role you will be supporting new customers to get them live on our c lients platform and b enefiting from the service .

Your responsibilities will include initiating contact with new customers and supporting them in their successful journey to more revenue via phone and video conference.

Customers are typically SME and Sole Traders who have just completed a short sales cycle of up to 1 week

Location: Leopardstown, Dublin 18 - Hybrid

What Will You Do?
? Onboard new , high-quality and engaged customers in your assigned geography.
? Maintain a strong understanding of technical integrations with software partners to provide adequate support to clients
? Maintain strong knowledge of our clients service offering, platform features and benefits

What Will You Need to Succeed?
? 1 year of experience in recruitment , account management, partner support, technical support, customer experience, customer care customer success or sales.
? L anguage Experience - level C1 and above
? P roven track record of consistently exceeding goals and targets
? Online marketplace/SaaS platform experience a plus
? Proven track record of effectively managing a leads pipeline or book of business.
? Proficiency in CRM software, specifically working with leads and opportunities
? Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with clients via phone, email, and video
? Strong quantitative skills and the ability to interpret and apply data to drive decision-making.
? Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities.
? Comfort working at both strategic and tactical levels in ambiguous environments.
? Ability to work within tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term initiatives.

The pay for this position is basic salary per annum of ?38,000 with an additional variable bonus component of ?6,000 per annum . There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role?s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
