What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Connect with customers online and over the phone to understand their car buying needs
• Use knowledge of the inventory to guide customers towards suitable vehicles
• Assist customers throughout the car buying journey, from sales to financing and delivery
• Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing
• Mentor others as you develop your skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
• Sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
• Strong listening skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve performance goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Open availability for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• 0-2 years of experience in automotive sales or customer service
