Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.


• Provide information about products and services, process orders, and handle returns or exchanges.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree is a plus.


• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.


• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.


• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.


• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.


• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
