Responsibilities Your Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Representatives field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. ? Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions or concerns ? Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues ? Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate ? Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments ? Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes ? Provide feedback on call issues ? Meet sales objectives as defined Qualifications We're looking for fearless people - people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. ? 6 months customer service experience minimum ? Over 18 years of age ? Ability to type 25 wpm ? High School Graduate or GED ? Comfort with desktop computer system ? Proven oral & written communication skills ? 6 months Call Center experience, preferred ? Logical problem-solving skills ? Availability to work various shifts ? Ability to use Windows operating systems ? Organization and work prioritization skills ? 6 months sales experience minimum ? Able to work independently ? Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast paced environment ? Ability to stay composed and objective ? Strong listening skills ? Superior negotiating skills Work from Home Requirements: ? Internet Requirements: ? Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 15.0 Mbps ? Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 5.0 Mbps ? ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms ? Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN ? Proof of internet speed required ?
