Customer Experience: Ensure a high standard of customer service through active engagement, resolving issues, and promoting customer loyalty. ? Inventory Control: Oversee stock levels, manage deliveries, and minimize shrinkage through effective inventory management. ? Financial Management: Monitor store budgets, manage cash flow, and handle financial transactions to maximize profitability. ? Store Operations: Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure store cleanliness, and uphold company policies and procedures. ? Qualifications: ? Poven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role. ? Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. ? Ability to analyze sales data, customer feedback, and industry trends. ? Proficiency in inventory management and staff scheduling. ? Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
