Customer Service Rep, Clinical (Remote, $15/hour)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Answer incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner
• Record information in the Communication Log and look up member information using proprietary ASH systems
• Forward logs requiring further research to the appropriate department
• Transfer callers to the appropriate queue for more complex issues
• Utilize appropriate resources to provide timely responses
What is Required (Qualifications):
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one-year experience in customer service, inbound call center experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to interact in a positive, respectful manner
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively
• Demonstrated accuracy and productivity in a changing environment
• Ability to analyze information and develop effective solutions
• Ability to exercise strict confidentiality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service
