Customer Service Representative (CSR) WAH - 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm shifts available!

Position summary

We seek applicants who are positive, professional, and able to move from one call to another while making the caller feel as if s/he is the most important caller of the day...

Qualifications

You are required to have:
? A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service related field
? An understanding of excellent customer care concepts
? Proficiency with computer skills (internet browser, email, ability to learn new software)
? Good communication skills both written and oral
? Ability to communicate professionally with customers
? Ability to handle private and confidential information
? A work ethic that demonstrates dependability
? Ability to be thorough and complete in tasks

Additional preferred qualifications: ? Work experience in a call center ? Good conflict resolution skills

Schedule

We currently have the following full-time shifts available:
? Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
? Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm

Location

This is a work from home position.
