## Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

• Provide accurate information regarding services and resolve issues promptly.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.

• Document and track customer interactions and feedback.

• Assist with air freight inquiries and logistics-related questions.

## Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; entry-level candidates welcome.

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in air freight preferred.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
