Responsibilities For Customer Service Representative
? Greet visitors, answer questions, and assist prospective renters with leasing their new apartment home.
? Manage communication including email leads, text messages and phone calls.
? Answer phones and assist customers as needed.
? Schedule appointments and tour reservations as needed.
? Assist with inventory management.
? Complete daily reports as needed.
? Initiate service calls for customers.
? Initiate, modify and finalize leases and addendums for customers.
? Assist with scheduling of vendors and purchase order management. Skills:
? Customer-focused, energetic attitude; desire to provide exceptional customer service every time.
? Excellent verbal communication skills
? Excellent customer service skills
? Technology skills on laptop or desktop including Microsoft Office
? Ability to work on multiple tabs and systems at the same time.
? Ability to sit (or stand) for extended periods wearing a headset.
? Diligence.
? Ability to work in a fast paced, fluid, changing environment.
? Ability to remain professional and even-tempered during uncomfortable situations.
? Adherence to a set schedule with the flexibility to work extra hours or a modified work schedule to meet business needs.
? Proven longevity in past employment and committed to excellent attendance.
Qualifications For Customer Service Representative
? High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
? Office experience preferred.
? Proficient computer needed.

? Starting at $24 per hour
? Hours: Monday - Saturday
? Commissions (Monthly)
