Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions.
Identify customer needs and recommend AT
Process orders, handle account updates, and ensure accurate data entry.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service targets.
Stay informed about AT
