What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Assist members with pharmacy benefit plans by answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
? Take inbound calls and provide solutions to help simplify members' healthcare experience
? Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries
? Service a variety of clients and call types to meet evolving business needs

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, or hospitality industry
? Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
? High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
? Ability to problem solve in a positive and productive manner
? Comfortable demonstrating genuine concern for improving customer quality of life

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? 6 months of healthcare experience
? Associates degree or equivalent experience
? Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
? Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
? Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
