Requirements: ? Strong verbal and written communication skills ? Customer-focused, with the ability to handle inquiries with patience and care ? Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment ? Previous customer service experience preferred (preferably in tech or automotive industries) ? Knowledge of Tesla products is a plus, but not required ? Proficiency in using customer service software and tools ? Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
