At Street Simplified, we use video analytics to help public sector agencies understand why crashes happen and give them the tools to proactively prevent them. We are looking to hire a full time Client Outreach Manager who is passionate about road safety and saving lives.

NOT YOUR TYPICAL 8 HOURS OF CALLING

Mix of Calls, Emails, Chats, Meetings, Webinars and more

Responsibilities and Duties:
? Outbound Calling
? Meeting with executives, such as the CEO and vice presidents.
? Call potential customers and build relationships
? Appointment setting
? Attending online conferences / webinars
? Navigate and overcome initial objections and questions
? Document relevant information pertaining to outreach efforts and conversations in Hubspot and Excel

Experience:
? Related work experience in promotions, marketing, telemarketing or sales

Requirements
? STRONG ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS
? Excels at customer service
? Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills
? Communicate effectively on the phone and via email
? Use phone etiquette best practices
? Works well in a team environment, is an adaptive learner and, is good at time management

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
