Job Description:

As a Part-Time Evening Customer Support Agent, you will be a part of Amazon?s dynamic customer service team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their inquiries, resolving their issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

? Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.

? Document customer interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries and complaints as well as actions taken.

? Work closely with other team members to meet customer service goals.

Requirements:

? High school diploma or equivalent.

? Proven customer support experience.

? Strong phone handling and active listening skills.

? Excellent communication and presentation skills.

? Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
