Description


Amazon Inc. is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience with our products and services.


Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.


Responsibilities



  • Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat with their inquiries, complaints, and orders.

  • Provide accurate information about Amazon products and services.

  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Document and update customer records based on interactions.

  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
