Responsibilities
? Accurately... enter and manage data in our databases and data management systems.
? Oversee the data collection process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
? Analyze and validate data to maintain data integrity and quality.
? Prepare reports and summaries of collected data for management review.
? Collaborate with team members to identify areas for data improvement and process optimization.
? Provide training and support to team members on data management tools and practices.
? Monitor data collection trends and metrics to ensure ongoing efficiency.
? High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
? Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a data management role.
? Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management software.
? Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
? Strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret data accurately.
? Effective communication skills to collaborate with remote teams.
