? Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
? Reviewing data for errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
? Keeping information confidential and secure
? Ensuring proper use of office equipment and addressing any malfunctions

Qualifications
? Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position
? Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
? Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
? Great attention to detail
? Confidentiality
? Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
