Job Description

Delta Airlines is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. ### Requirements

? High School Diploma or equivalent

? Ability to type at least 30 words per minute

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

? Strong communication skills

? Previous customer service experience preferred

? Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace

? Availability to work weekends and holidays if needed

### Responsibilities

? Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

? Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

? Assist customers with booking and changing flight reservations

? Provide information on flight schedules, cancellations, and delays

? Process payments, refunds, and other transactions

? Maintain customer records and update their account information

? Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
