Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal


• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows operating system


• Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain professionalism


• Strong problem-solving skills


• Reliable high-speed internet connection


• Must reside in the United States

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns


• Assist customers with booking and managing flight reservations


• Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Delta? products and services


• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction


• Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary
