This remote, part-time position is perfect for those who have a deep love for all things Disney and want to share their expertise with others. As a Disney Enthusiast Specialist, you will provide exceptional support and guidance to our clients, helping them plan and enjoy their Disney experiences to the fullest.

Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of Disney parks, movies, and merchandise.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.


• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning their Disney vacations, including park visits, accommodations, and dining reservations.


• Provide information and advice on Disney movies, merchandise, and events.


• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Disney products and services.
