What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Assist in problem-solving and developing strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets
• Quality sort merchandise to determine its readiness for online sales
• Use software to assess merchandise suitability and list items on online marketplaces
• Organize physical inventory and photograph merchandise as needed
• Respond to customer service inquiries and process returns and refunds

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Excellent written communication skills
• Familiarity with using a camera and basic image processing in Windows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Two years of experience selling online, either personally or for a commercial enterprise
