What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Monitor, support, and educate clinic registration staff on standard processes
• Identify documentation and training gaps in collaboration with clinics
• Provide ongoing communication regarding up-to-date insurance information
• Serve as an expert for internal customers on various insurers in the region
• Ensure accurate communication of agency requirements to the appropriate individuals

What is Required (Qualifications):
• 3 years of experience working in a clinic front office or revenue cycle environment
• 5 years of experience in insurance billing within an insurance follow-up department
• Compliance with state laws and requirements for driving, including proof of driver?s license and auto insurance upon request

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• 2 years of experience providing education or training, or presenting information to large groups
