**Job Description:**

GreenEnergy Solutions Inc. is seeking a meticulous and highly organized Data Entry Clerk (Typist) to join our team. This is a remote, work-from-home position that involves inputting and managing data related to our energy services. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in data entry, and capable of working independently.

Requirements

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Proven experience as a data entry clerk or typist

– Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred

– Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)

– Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices

– Basic understanding of databases

– Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills

– Great attention to detail

Responsibilities

– Enter data from various source documents into the prescribed computer database, files, and forms

– Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered

– Cross-verify data for accuracy before entering it into the system

– Update and maintain databases, archives, and filing systems, ensuring information is current and easily accessible

– Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency

– Handle confidential information responsibly

– Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

– Respond to data inquiries from team members and provide support as needed

– Adhere to company policies and protocols

Educational Qualifications
