Responsibilities:

Provide immediate response to live chat and email inquiries.

Deliver clear and accurate information to fulfill customer/member requests.

Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Skills/Background Needed:

Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).

Ability to work independently and adhere to guidelines.

Minimum of 10+ hours availability per week.

Reliable internet connection.
