What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Input customer and account data by transferring information from paper documents to digital spreadsheets
? Review and verify data for accuracy, correcting any deficiencies or errors found
? Compile and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
? Generate reports and store completed work in designated locations, performing backup operations as needed
? Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information throughout the data entry process

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
? Strong computer skills with the ability to enter data quickly and accurately
? Basic knowledge of touch typing and database management tools
? Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
? Previous experience in a Data Entry Clerk position is a plus

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Familiarity with data program techniques and procedures
? Experience with document scanning and file printing
? Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
? Excellent organizational and time management skills
