Responsibilities
? Enter and organize user data and organizational information into the system with high accuracy
? Assist the development team in building tools to support data migration and application setup
? Provide support to end users, ensuring their credentials and accounts are properly established
? Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve basic issues
? Work a shift that aligns with assigned divisions (shift options: 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM EST)
