ParCou LLC, a leading provider of janitorial services for K-12 school districts, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Finance Assistant to join our Finance Department. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with our Director of Finance in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: ? Assist in managing payroll processes with precision and accuracy. ? Compute and analyze financial data for reporting purposes. ? Monitor and manage employee timesheets to ensure compliance. ? Prepare detailed and accurate financial reports. ? Maintain strict confidentiality in all financial and employee-related matters.

Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred). ? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF tools. ? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ? Ability to quickly learn and adapt to payroll systems. ? High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
