Do you have a passion for shopping and understanding consumer needs? We?re looking for empathetic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Associates in Chat Support. You?ll engage with online shoppers, providing guidance and support through live chat on websites and social media platforms. Your role involves managing inquiries about products, processing orders, and handling returns or exchanges with a friendly and professional demeanor.

What you will be doing: Live chat agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses? websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
