My Client is an Engineering and Skilled Trades Recruiting & Consulting firm based in Houston, Texas. We are headquartered in Houston, Texas, but have also expanded our offices to Dallas and Florida with plans to expand into other regions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Help managers complete all assigned daily tasks and operations.
? Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
? Observing and learning from experienced team members.
? Participate in the company?s strategic planning.
? Understand each department?s daily processes and goals.
? Work with a team to develop and implement strategies based on the client?s needs.
? Build long-term relationships with clients.
? Communicate with clients to get a clear understanding of their needs and goals.
? Research, develop, and implement new leads.
? Communicate with new prospects.

Qualifications and Education Requirements: ? Must have a Bachelor?s Degree ? Professional verbal and written communication skills ? Competitive nature with a desire to win ? Self-motivated with an incredible work ethic ? Takes challenges head-on ? Proven leadership throughout your academic career (on or off campus)
