Entry Level Staff Accountant (HYBRID)

Job Title: Associate Staff Accountant
? Preparing and analyzing daily fuel payouts to multiple vendors.
? Preparing a weekly fuel summary by vendors...
? Preparing invoices for shuttle and commissary vendors
? Preparing monthly reports for A/R aging and reviewing the cross-dock distribution business transactions.
? Perform other ad hoc projects as requested by management.
? Knowledge of accounting that includes spreadsheet preparation.
? Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
? Prepare monthly account reconciliation in Certification.
? Review open A/R and identify and research the variances.
? Collaborating with multiple business users daily for invoicing approval & processing.
? Provide detailed insights on key analytics & reports to drive improvements through the supply chain
Requirements
? Bachelor?s degree in accounting from an accredited college.
? An understanding of accounting procedure, accounting concepts and internal control processes in general accounting.
? Knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel and word) required.
? Good analytical and problem-solving skills are needed.
? Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
? Self-starter and work with minimum supervision.
? Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
