Qualifications...

A Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business, Finance, or a related field, along with three (3) years of experience in a technical or professional environment, including at least two (2) years of leading cross-functional projects.

Alternatively, a Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business, Finance, or a related field with three (3) years of experience in the role or three (3) years of experience in a technical or professional setting, with at least two (2) years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

Must have at least two (2) years of experience leading cross-functional projects.

Strong software proficiency, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all management levels.

Strong presentation skills to lead training sessions and information sharing for teams or individuals.

Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively.

Ability to think critically, analyze problems, and use sound judgment to propose effective, data-driven solutions.

Knowledge of industry standards, practices, and processes related to operations.

Experience in modeling, SAS, Agile project management, data analytics, process improvements, and root cause analysis is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional and cross-company teams through all stages of the project lifecycle.

Manage and direct initiatives to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet or exceed customer expectations.

Oversee major initiatives, approved by the FedEx Floor (FXG) Project Approval Committee or as part of a strategic corporate initiative.

Adhere to FXG project requirements and the global development process following the Everest methodology.

Ensure all projects impacting FXG operations follow the Organizational Change Management (OCM) framework and requirements.

Define and document project scope, ensuring it is authorized and has a documented sponsor.

Track and update project plans to meet approved requirements and scope.

Communicate project status regularly to team members and stakeholders.

Facilitate effective communication and training for stakeholders in line with FXG's OCM process.

Ensure that any changes in project scope are reviewed and approved by the project team and sponsors.

Track success and accuracy metrics to ensure adherence to FedEx?s quality standards.

Develop risk management strategies and monitor the execution of these plans.

Maintain strong working relationships with vendors and clients as required by the project.

Perform other duties as assigned.
