Field Service Technician/Installer

Artesian Bottleless Water Solutions is seeking a full-time Service Technician / Installer for our Tulsa area office.

This position is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, service and repair of reverse osmosis water coolers and ice machines in business environments.

Must be self-directed, detail oriented and possess EXCELLENT customer service skills, because we offer top notch service!

Principal duties:
? Professionally greet and interact with customers.
? Fish water tubing thru walls and ceilings- to be the cooler installer
? Complete the assigned installation, explain the functionality of the water and or ice systems and answer any customer questions.
? Complete service routes in an efficient manner.
? Communicate with your supervisor, customer service and other team members.
? Complete necessary paperwork.
? Perform all work in accordance with proper safety procedures and correct use of company equipment.

Requirements: ? Accredited high school diploma, business or trade school or GED required. ? Plumbing experience preferred. ? Experience installing and servicing commercial beverage and ice systems. ? Must possess a valid driver?s license and acceptable driving record. ? Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. ? Some computer skills. ? Some lift work necessary, up to 35 feet in elevation with a safety harness. ? Able to work independently yet be assertive to ask questions to accomplish the job properly. ? Must have customer service skills- as we treat our customers with the best service around.

Physical Requirements: ? Lifting, pushing and pulling up to 100 lbs. ? Ascending and descending ladders. ? Working in small areas. ? Able to use hands and power tools.

Artesian Water offers:
? Hourly wage commensurate with experience ($18 to $24/hour, depending on experience)
? Overtime paid after 40 hours weekly (+)
