Opportunity

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Temporary Data Entry Clerks. No prior experience is required?just a willingness to learn and contribute! This role offers potential for future assignments, providing flexibility and possible long-term opportunities. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll collaborate with our internal data management team to ensure accurate and efficient data entry.

Schedule
? Fridays (once a month)
? Saturdays (2-3 times a month)
? Times to be determined (subject to change)
? We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability.

Location

This position is based at our headquarters in Palmetto, FL (not remote).

Responsibilities
? Transfer data from paper formats collected during events into our database using a laptop and mouse.
? Accurately interpret and input handwritten information into our database.
? Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source documents.
? Update and maintain existing data records.
? Organize and file paperwork after data entry to ensure nothing is misplaced.
? Assist with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications
? Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
? Ability to type quickly and accurately (40-45 words per minute with 80-90% accuracy).
? Keen attention to detail is a must.
? Basic understanding of databases.
? Good command of English, both spoken and written.
? Strong customer service skills.
? Previous data entry experience is a plus but not required.
