Key Responsibilities: ? Team Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to ensure that team members comply with organisational policies and procedures, as well as operate with a high level of professionalism. Examine team output and address performance gaps to maintain high standards. ? Operational Management: Ensure that daily operations are smoothly conducted during the assigned shifts, including commencing and finishing procedures, food preparation, and meeting customers' needs. ? Customer Service: Produce excellent service to all customers by offering friendly, effective, and timely assistance. Professionally address customer complaints and issues in a prompt manner. ? Staff Training: Support the training of new hires and the continual growth of the present workforce. Ensure that the entire staff is knowledgeable about the company's menu offerings, policies, and regulations related to health and safety. ? Quality Control: As an employee at Wendy's, it is your responsibility to ensure that all food products are safe for consumption as well as live up to the chain's quality standards. ? Cash Handling: Supervise the procedures related to the cash register, such as reconciling till counts, facilitating transactions, and aiding in bank deposits. Maintain a level of accuracy and security in all cash handling operations. ? Inventory Management: You can aid the inventory control process by strategically monitoring stock levels, ordering timely replenishments, and conducting regular inventory assessments. This ensures that all supplies and ingredients are available for smooth operation. ? Safety and Cleanliness: Create a secure and sterile environment in the restaurant, taking all the right health and safety precautions. Ensure that the premises are well-organized and free from hazards, providing a safe and clean space for staff and customers. ? Problem-Solving: As a problem-solver, you must resolve any irregularities that may arise while ensuring a seamless running of the restaurant operations. ? Reporting: It is the responsibility of the assistant to provide regular reports to the management team, covering the performance of each shift. Notably, the assistant should participate in devising techniques aimed at improving business operations and satisfying customers.
Qualifications:
Education: The preferred educational requirement is a high school diploma or its equivalent.
Experience: Preference is given to individuals who have previously served in a leadership or supervisory capacity in the fast-food or restaurant business.
