Full Time Call Center Sales Rep

? The prime duty is out-bound call selling to solicit orders for goods or services
? Sell and describe products and services, respond to customer questions, and obtaining customer information as needed
? Analyze data to identify Top Spenders, Frequency of orders, Inactive/lost consumers for soliciting sales
? Be a reliable source for consumer information that is delivered to management team
? Entering data and maintaining database of existing customers
? Understanding of confidentiality with client information
? Maintaining details of telephonic communications and interactions of accounts, orders, and payments
? Identify and escalate priority issues
? Process orders
? Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints/technical issues
? Respond to emails
? Comply with all policies and procedures as instructed by the organization
? Always represent the company with complete professionalism using telephone etiquette skills. Take proper care that the outbound calls do not disturb, annoy, or offend potential or current customers
? Act as a team player while working with co-workers and setting goals
? Comply with all policies and procedures as instructed by MC Management
? Follow safety awareness and accident prevention guidelines
