What You Will Be Doing

As our Gifted Education Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of a educational revolution. Your role will include:
? Crafting viral content that challenges conventional wisdom in gifted education
? Becoming a knowledge powerhouse on cutting-edge research and trends
? Creating a mix of daily short-form content (think: attention-grabbing tweets and videos) and weekly deep dives (podcasts, blogs, interactive sessions)
? Being the face of gt.school at industry events and forging connections with education thought leaders
? Elevating AI-generated content to ensure quality and maximize our reach

Gifted Education Consultant Key Responsibilities

Your mission: Cultivate and energize the most influential community in gifted education. Through your engaging content and thought leadership, you'll inspire, educate, and mobilize this community to revolutionize gifted education.

Basic Requirements

To thrive in this role, you'll need:
? A proven track record of social media success (1,000 engaged followers)
? A personal connection to gifted education - whether as a former gifted student, parent, professional, or passionate advocate
? US-based with a comprehensive understanding of the gifted education landscape
? A knack for creating compelling multimedia content and weaving captivating narratives
? Confidence and charisma in public speaking across various platforms
? Flexibility to travel occasionally for conferences and industry events

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
