Help Desk Analyst-Anywhere - US (Remote/Work from Home)

Strategy & Planning

? Maintain work order schedules, work-in-progress schedule, and completion documents

? Assist in reviewing data and telephone site surveys for standards and process for approval.

? Maintain control and follow-up of all problems encountered, illustrating action is taken and parties concerned.

? Act as a point of contact between NotF Team, Lumen, and Tailwind.

Deployment

? Assist with the identification and implementation of solutions that provide enhanced functionality and value.

? Deploy service solutions that simplify processes. Operational

? Assist in coordinating vendor activities to ensure successful installations.

? Assist in resolving issues/problems within defined Job Description.

? Monitor work order changes and communicate to necessary contacts.

? Open and update cards primarily in Meister Task; tracking and reporting in all tools is required.

? Contact vendors, stores, and necessary parties to provide job activity scope and appropriate directions.

? Monitor control systems (incident reports and service levels).

Incidental Functions

? Assist with Change Management preparations and implementations.

? Assist with projects as may be required to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the work.

? Attend meetings in participation with the team.

? Direct all resources assigned to perform the following:

Be available to the Client on an as needed basis for the term of assignment.
