Requirements

• Proven experience as a Helpdesk Specialist or other customer support role


• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control


• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products


• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues


• Excellent communication skills


• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues


• Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support


• Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources


• Update customer data and produce activity reports


• Walk customers through problem-solving processes


• Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution


• Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers? expectations


• Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure

Educational Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor?s degree in related field is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a helpdesk or customer support role
