Description:

Requirements:

? Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred

? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

? Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace

Responsibilities:

? Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

? Provide accurate and timely information about flight schedules, fare information, and other inquiries

? Assist customers with booking, changing, and cancelling reservations

? Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional, empathetic manner

? Record and manage customer information and interactions in our CRM system

? Stay updated on Delta Airlines policies, procedures, and promotions

? Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues
