• Collaborate with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Must have experience with medical insurance and call center experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must have active internet already installed and the ability to work in a quiet setting
• Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors effectively
• Passion and willingness to help others

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Previous experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
