We provide services to residents throughout the beautiful Rogue Valley. Because of this, we are looking to grow our care team in the following Southern Oregon areas: Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Eagle Point, Central Point, Phoenix, and Talent.

Essential Functions
? Non-medical care: companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, assistance with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, transportation, mobility, safety supervision,
? Performing personal care activities includes assisting the patient with activities of daily living.
? Perform light housekeeping tasks.
? Follow and execute the client care plan.
? Communicate effectively with the office team.
? Provide a safe and clean environment for the client.
? Update daily care notes through the mobile app.

Qualifications
? Be able to pass background check
? Ability to get to and from clients home
? Must be 18 years to apply
? Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
? Must possess a valid ID
