Who We?re Looking For: We?re expanding our sales team and looking to bring on motivated individuals with specific roofing material or construction product sales experience, to join us at TUFFDRY. Whether you?re a seasoned sales professional looking to expand your portfolio, or just someone with exposure to roofing, construction or hardware; Full time or just looking to generate extra income on the side we may have a position for you.
We are seeking individuals who understand the value of selling quality products that solve real problems and are mandatory by building codes. You are the HERO:
As a TUFFDRY sales representative, you will approach roofing wholesalers, lumber yards and other establishments who sell roofing underlayment to roofers. You will share the benefits of TUFFDRY and the growing demand that savvy roofers have for TUFFDRY as a quality alternative to high priced name brands. You will provide education, guidance and de-risk their transition to TUFFDRY as 3rd party quality certified product and trusted partner.

Demand for roofing solutions is projected to continue rising, driven by increased construction needs and a push for durable, resilient materials. We?ll equip you with comprehensive marketing support and all the resources you need to make impactful connections with potential customers. The quality of TUFFDRY products often speaks for itself, but let?s face it, people prefer doing business face to face and with someone they genuinely like and trust. Building friendly, valuable, and helpful relationships is key to your success.
When a supplier is ready to add TUFFDRY product(s) to their assortment, you?ll simply connect them with your dedicated corporate partner, who handles payment and delivery. From that point forward, every time that supplier reorders, you?ll earn a percentage of each sale. No complicated contracts or logistics to deal with, your corporate partner will manage it all. Maintain a strong relationship, and the orders, and your commissions, will continue to grow over time, with very little additional effort.
What You?ll Sell: You?ll have a diverse range of roofing underlayment, peel-and-stick products, construction privacy fences, sandbags, and more, with even more innovative products on the horizon.
