What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Install, tune, upgrade, troubleshoot, and maintain all relevant computer systems and applications
? Develop and implement techniques to prevent system problems and conduct impact assessments
? Automate installation and configuration of applications in various environments
? Evaluate new systems through in-depth testing and research to support recommendations
? Introduce relevant best practices and contribute to the enhancement of the IT operational service readiness framework

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
? Minimum of 5 years of experience in software, hardware, and/or systems engineering
? ITIL Foundations v3 certification within 180 days preferred
? Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience with programming languages and web-based technologies
? Knowledge of project management methodologies and change management best practices
? Previous involvement in IT operational service readiness initiatives
? Ability to collaborate effectively across teams to solve technical problems
? Participation in professional societies or continuous education workshops
